I would like to know weather the promotional codes for yahoo search marketing are working or not.I have tried to use it but of no use..pls help!!

Thank you for your comment. Well, the $199 Coupons are invalid now. Today the maximum credit you could get is $100. But you CAN sign up for multiple accounts using the same credit card and address however you cant advertise the same URL on all those accounts. You need to use a different URL for each account.
And I suggest you to go to http://www.123dealsonline.com/YahooSearchMarketing.html where I’ve sorted all the valid $100 coupons for your convenience.
And remember Sign Up (means complete the registration by entering your credit card info) ONLY if you see FREE Credits in the billing page. Otherwise try a different coupon.
