This credit will be shown in the Billing Transaction Detail report as an Adjustment. To view this report, log into your account and click the Reports tab. Click the Billing Transaction Detail Report and look for the Adjustment line item.

You can select the date range by clicking on the calendar icon located towards the top right of the page.  You can select your own date range or a pre-selected date range.”

Please allow 1-2 business days for the funds to appear as part of your available balance. This credit will be shown in the Billing Transaction Detail report as an Adjustment.
