Only your title can determine whether your visitors will read your post or not. There are several ways that your post could be stumble upon – may be via search engine, RSS feeds, link from other post or could be via social media sites. So only an effective title would grab people’s attention and can be reason to read it. That’s the reason you must spend some time thinking on how you can make your title special.
I’m a newbie of Twitter. Frankly when I first heard about it, “Oh another Social Networking site”? Isn’t Facebook enough? That’s what I felt. Then one of my friend shared an interesting video (Twitter in Plain English) about Twitter and I was amazed by the way it works. If you are a newbie of Twitter then read on, this will help. It is as simple as “what you are doing currently”. Yes, Twitter allows you to post a one-liner message about what you are doing presently with the word limit of 140 characters. Once you post your message there are lot of Twitter master to check what you are up to. So, what is the difference between Twitter and Facebook, well, I think Facebook is for your personal friends and Twitter is widespread to your online friends. More to discover though! I was hooked by the way I can show the world that I had a cup of coffee ;-)

It works well for many things. To keep track of social blogging become difficult, but with Twitter solves your problem by letting you update miniblog message when you feel like from your iPod or mobile. Lot of time I get stuck with my mini ideas that cannot be posted on blogs, but now I have the pleasure of posting it on Twitter. You are more likely to meet people with the same interest as yours. In addition to being able to see others Tweets, you can “follow” another user that would allow their tweets on your home page. Further you can also receive text messages and IMs alerts when some has posted a tweet or about the member following you. This is the fun and fastest means of communication even if you looking to grasp some of the professional network.

I recently came across an interesting article about Twitter “100 Tips to Be a Smarter, Better Twitterer“. And yeah, do follow me on Twitter

Just a few years ago you would not have even heard about “Weblogs”, but they are everywhere now. Blogs have become very influential components when it comes to Internet and the vitality keeps moving exponentially. They are used as tools for generating online groups of people with have same interest, where they can also discuss their thoughts and ideas. Others may have a personal log which records individual’s activities and opinions. Whatever could be the reason of having a weblog; it is important to improve the performance. Just have a look at some of the easy ways below that can help you perk up your blog’s performance:

1. Plan Everything: You first need to have everything planned for your blog. Know what are the marketing strategies that would work, plan what would be your next blog post, and most importantly get prepared for surprising stuff as well. If you lose up on planning, then there is risk involved on all aspect you do to your blog.

2. Mind Your Goals: We usually have to set up goals before starting a web log and once you are done with that watch your target always. If you lose to contemplate your goals then you are sure to miss out all that you planned for the log.

3. Focus On Human Visitors: Don’t make the repeated mistake of writing for search engine to achieve high ranking that most blogger do. It’s a stupid idea to just stuff keywords around the corner to impress search engine, just write for human visitors that would automatically bring traffic to your site.

4. New Stratagems Are Mandatory: As a website/blog owner you should never think that your blog is doing ok and you need not try different methods to improve it. Always go with trying new stratagems, who knows what may work for you best. It is possible that not every strategy you try may work, but nothing wrong in having an attempt.

5. SEO Does Matter: You may have heard not to do much of SEO for the site, but then as long as you are do some basic methods on your site, I believe it would work great. Not much, but at least do title and Meta tags and Meta keywords. You can also do periodic article and directory submission.

6. Reply To Comments Received: Keep in mind to reply to every decent comment you receive on your blog. Don’t miss out especially if the reader have some suggestion or has special request from your site. By replying to comments you are only building your group that has the potentials to perk up your blog.

7. Visit Others Blog: Develop the habit of reading others blogs. Whatever you write in your blog post are the ideas that developed from reading only. Just like how you offer RSS feeds to others also do subscribe to the RSS feeds of their blogs. So keep reading and learning new things from others too.

8. Back Up Post: It is very important to have one or two backup post ready for blog. Frequency of posting is must if you want your blog live longer in the industry. You may not have time to write a blog for say about two day, at that time such ready blog would save you!

9. Unique Post: Further it is always good to write unique post than to write on the same topic over and again. Even if you have specific niche to write about go for diversified blog that would impress the reader. Cover the entire niche you have in your website/blog, you would surely have lot to write about!

10. Make Friends: Making new friends and maintaining exiting friends online is very significant. It will certainly make new community via your blog, but also find some way to list yourself. Twitter is the one of the trendy way not only to make friends, but also to advertise their blog!

More and more people tend to get online for making money on the Internet. And why not? After all it is a giant marketplace and there are superb ways to make money online. Especially, if you are an entrepreneur you know better about the opportunities online. However, many newbie tend to make the error of concentrating on quantity and not quality of traffic. What is the point of bringing traffic to your site that does not convert a sale? It is obvious that people get tempted by more number of visitors, but it is of course better to work hard for higher quality that augments your sale.

Quality traffic can bring:

Higher sale:

Your website is not run for the sake of know-it-all, it is run because you want to make money. You are not here to list the number of traffic or brag about the visitors you had last night. Conversely, it is higher quality visitors that would bring you higher sales. In other words, your site is capable of making more money with less but quality of traffic. For example, you may have your article digged by 10,000 people a day with no conversion and have a well targeted PPC campaign with 50 visits and 2 sales. Does make a difference.

Good Return on Investment:

Especially in recession it is important to keep track of all the measures you take to improve your sales. Quality traffic is essential to get good return on investment, you tend to spend less on advertising that gets you higher conversion rates. For example, you have a membership site for Nokia phones that needs promotion via your site. So, would you like to advertise with Google sponsorship ads or rather go with listing on Phones forums? Google Sponsorship will bring you more quantity of traffic, but forum will bring qualified leads.

You can make your marketing message simple, steady and short by owing quality and targeted traffic. You don’t need to try out different method to sell your product and use chunks to impress visitors. You are selling only what your client wants it. You know it how easier it is fulfill a want that to generate one.

Quality Online Traffic is significant for anyone who offers an online service or runs an online business.

Blogging is a very interesting venture for money making. Although initially people are not aware of how fruitful it can be but it is a very easy manner to have loads of money but for this all you need to do is to keep few points in mind.

The basic thing you need to have knowledge about is what the intentions of your readers are i.e. what they are searching for. Going for a blog on the topic least wanted for is a waste only. For this you nee to have full information about the most frequently asked questions so that you can frame you articles to quench their curiosity. Your site could be informative enough so that it can turn out very profitable for you.

You need to be consistent in your efforts towards blogging. Money from this venture does not come just like that. It takes time for a blog to gain popularity, to attract traffic and thus to earn money from it finally. The initial set up period of blogging remains usually fruitless inspite of your efforts.

Writing good content is not sufficient enough for making your blog popular. For this you need to socialize via your blog. You can join the blog community of the ones having the same topic as yours or you can also take part in the blog carnival. Thus having good PR skills is direly demanded. It recommended to submit the articles on the social networking sites so that views can get shared between masses at large.

Also an important thing is that it is always better to present your content in English language to have wide acceptability. After having put in all the efforts your blog will be ready for attracting money but you will have to decide the criteria for earning. It is suggested to have diversity in your plan for money making instead of sticking to one only. The options which you can try for this can be :

· CPC i.e. cost per click which makes money for you on anybody clicking on your advertisement.

· CPA i.e. cost per action which pays only on some action being done by someone like that of downloading.

· CPM i.e. cost per mile pays you when some button or advertisement is shown by your blog 1000 times.

A good list of ads services are shown below who are well tested and trusted upon by the bloggers to pay them.

· Chitika eMiniMalls: It facilities you to link your blog to malls or products.

· AdSense: Contextual ads can be displayed on the pages of your sites.

· Feedburner Fan: It is an advertisement network based on CPM.

· Private advertisement deals: Advertising space can be sold to private advertisers if you have good ranking and good traffic also. But this option is not worth going for in most of the cases.

Thus paying attention to few aspects can go a long way in making your blog quite efficient for you as well as for your readers also.

The Power of Writing Articles

What you can do to create powerful articles

Content is the basic building block of the Internet. Without it, there would be no need to browse the web. The value of a site is based upon its content and the better the content, the better the perceived value of a website. The more valuable a website is viewed by its visitors, the more people online will consider it a resource, and refer to it and link to it.
So the key in creating a resource website is to produce content that people will think is valuable. One way to do that, is to write articles that are informative, interesting, solve a problem, or answer a question, and are well written. We will go over the basic and necessary elements that are required to write an article that will get people to respond and seek you out for additional information.

Once you have a powerful article, you can then move into the phase of promoting your article, or publishing it on your own site. This lens will only focus on creating a powerful article. Follow along for a step by step process.

Steps to writing a powerful article

How do you create an article that people want to read? How do you entice them into wanting more? It’s not as difficult as you might think.

Determine the topic of your article.
You will first need to decide what general subject want to write about. Will it be about cars, real estate, horses, e-commerce? Once you have a basic area, you will need to focus in on a more specific subject. There are several ways to do this and this lens will cover one specific way.

Research your market for the topic you have selected.
Once you determine a topic, research your target market to determine a specific topic for your article. What specific questions are people asking, or what specific problems are they experiencing that you can help with?
Perform a search online in your area of interest and see what they are talking about. You can also so a search for forums and blogs in your area of interest and see what is being discussed there.
The easiest way to create an article that people find valuable is to actually answer questions that real people are asking.

Find the keywords used by the people of your target market.
This step is important because it tells you how your target market is looking for answers to their questions. You will want to use these keywords in your article.

Brainstorm topics for your articles.
Once you have the information from the previous steps, brainstorm some specific topics you can write about. This process is vital because it will help the creative juices begin to flow. Just begin writing down a bunch of words and phrases that relate to some of the problems people are experiencing, or questions they are asking. You can find a good book about brainstorming from the list below.

Create a Title for the Article
Once you have a good list of topics based on the keywords, and problems/questions of your target market, create an effective article title that will get a reader’s interest and entice them to read your article. Good titles include “How To” lists, “Top 10″ lists, “Things to Avoid” lists, and many others.

Begin Writing
Now that you have the topic, title, foundation and structure of your article, you can begin writing. Start on the body of the article first. If you have a “Top 10″ type of article, then write a paragraph for each of the items in the top 10. Your paragraph should explain why for that item in at least 2 to 3 sentences.

Write the introduction of the article.
Once you have written the entire body of the article, It will be easy to write the introduction. Remember, a basic article starts out with telling the reader what you are going to tell them, then tell them, then tell them what you just told them. After you have written the article, it should be easy to tell them what you just wrote about.

Write the conclusion of your article.
This should be easy because you are re-capping what you just wrote about. If you are promoting a product or service, I find that leaving a question, or giving the reader a teaser of something more is very helpful. I know it isn’t proper ‘etiquitte’ (etiquette), but it helps in leaving the reader wanting more.

Proofread your article
Once you have written it, look it over for grammar, spelling, flow, and if it speaks to the level of your audience. Double check for factual accuracy. If you can, get someone else to read your article

Step away from the article
Don’t look at your article for at least 1 day.
Step away and do something else.

Re-read your article and proofread again
You’ll be amazed at the way your article reads to you when you look at your article again after some time off. Make the appropriate changes and then you are ready to finish it. If you still aren’t happy, repeat steps 9 and 10 again.

It’s now time to create your resource box.
The resource box is the place you want to direct the reader to a specific call to action, like signing up for your mailing list, calling you, sending them to your website, or buying a product or service. A good structure for the resource box is to state a problem and what they need to do to avoid it. If you have enough space, it is helpful to leave credentials about who you are, and why they should listen to you.

Let the world know about your article! You can find places to promote your article.

1. The blog can be used as a consultant. This work is quite simple. Information is provided on a specific topic and then to sell the service special personal attention is provided to the blog visitors in order to enable them to apply the teaching to their personal situation. Fee charged for the consulting work is usually hourly based .I have also seen some of the expertise blog consultants getting signed up by the companies. One thing I would like to clear is that there are not bloggers only who blog about blogging but there are different bloggers like marketing bloggers, photography bloggers also who offer specialized consulting services.

2. It is becoming a new trend that the books are now being written by the bloggers. Book publishers approach bloggers to write books for them.

3. There is an opportunity provided to earn money by peaking out .Normally the bloggers do not have to speak and they spend all their time writing for the blogs only. But here a chance is provided to get paid out for speaking if they are availed to speak in hose and in organizations.

4. Money can be enchased by using blog as a training center. Special training courses can be run for the readers of the blog. They direct the blog traffic to training online or offline even.

5. Money can be pocketed in by writing also. The knowledge and expertise of the bloggers get themselves approaches by the magazines, newspapers or sometimes other blogs also. Thus they can play the part of a regular staff writer or one time paid ones only.

6. As the opportunities get opened up for earning by other means then the blog can be used to sell other things and services also .It comes as a result of increased viewership of the blog like blogs by lawyers can be used to give medical advices and other blogs keep an eye on the share market position also.

7. Blogs works out to be an excellent source for e-selling. I have come across number of cases where blogs are being used to create memberships, to create e-books and software relating to their own niches.

8. It does wonders in launching real jobs. Your profile and expertise should be of the kind to get you noticed by the blog community and they should see you as a privilege to their staff.

9. Sometimes blog acts like an advertisement to their companies’ products and services .It works as a source of indirect income earner by finding business customers and clients also. But the precaution needed in this case is that as a result of this the blog should not become only a sales ground.

10. Now coming to last point I would also like to be a bit creative in my article writing by letting this point to be left to bloggers innovativeness so that they can themselves find out new ways of making money from their blogs by their own unique ideas.

Writing is the inescapable part of our lives. It is an effective means of communicating .It gives words to our feelings weather we are talking to someone else to ourselves. I find writing as a route through I can connect to my inner world and simply draw my hidden feelings on the canvas of the paper. A part from being an important part of my life I also find some benefits behind writing which always inspires me to get more involved in writing. Some of these are here as below:

1. Simply putting down all the feelings on a piece of paper clears up all the anger frustrations and the things bothering my mind and soul. In this sense it is a form of therapy also. It makes me free of the burden of the matters and the things which is making me difficult to shoulder them now .In this way it also saves the relations from the poison of bitterness.

2. It helps to bring life into order. Jotting down plans and actions into a prescribed format is necessary for giving them a concrete shape. More often things simply sweep out of mind. Therefore writing comes to rescue from unmanageable situations and to enable to have a weekly review of the situation.

3. Writing to me is a way I can always keep up my writing skills. Having a good store of words is essential in the modern life to leave an impression of your thoughts on the other people and so writing keeps you flooded with better ideas and thoughts. Without writing I find myself freezed up. Writing thus sharpens the writing and expressing skills and enables me to communicate more clearly and precisely.

4. It is also a easy way to get money into your pocket. Even if you are not a professional writer simply putting down your daily experiences on the paper and getting them published can make you get easy money.

5. Writing is a resort for me to keep away from the non-sensical noise of the daily life and to put in efforts into something worthwhile which is helpful in making my identity among the crowd of people. Our lives are messed up with never ending stock of useless materials be it be spammed emails or small message services and the like .So instead its better to nourish yourself with rich material and let it be known to others also through writing.

6. Writing polishes the communication skills. It develops the art of playing with the words in a better way and enhances he self-expression skills also. It does wonders in saying anything without hesitation and makes you cleaver also.

7. Writing makes me aware of a better me. Sometime we ourselves are ignorant what are our targets and dreams and how to crack through them. Daily taking out some time for writing puts light on the ignored aspect of ourselves and leads to an ideal life.

8. It gives a better approach to deal with the problems .Writing down the problems on a piece of paper so that one can look at the problem from a different point of view in a logical, creative and innovative way rather than getting panic from the situation.

9. It enables to connect with the real world to take sigh of relief from the world which is becoming more and more technology based.

10.Writing gives me an opportunity to make self analyses of my life, my actions, my motives and more importantly my thoughts. In a materialistic word of today in a race to be the best many times we stifle the real self. Writing helps in this case to reintroduce ourselves to the real self.
